Our process
Nicole is a master licensed esthetician with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Merrimack College and a masters in marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, specializing in social media. Although her career began with plans to become a nurse, her passion for beauty and wellness and client care led her to medical aesthetics. At Refined, Nicole combines her beauty background with marketing expertise to support both the team and clients. She helps to ensure operations run smoothly, coordinates appointments, and contributes to the overall client experience!

Breana earned her nursing degree from Northeastern University and began her career in the Cardiac ICU, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and critical thinking. Since 2019, she has specialized in medical aesthetics as a nurse injector, combining her clinical expertise with a passion for delivering safe, natural-looking results. Breana continues to advance her training to ensure the highest level of care for her patients.

Alex received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis College. With 4 years experience from a certified Dermatology clinic, she has a passion for both preventative skincare and natural aesthetic results. Alex applies her clinical training to help patients achieve healthy, glowing skin in tandem with subtle enhancements, and stays current with evolving aesthetic techniques to provide her clients with the safest, most advanced treatments. She specializes in undetectable injectables, IPL, and more!

Jess grew up in Revere, MA, and began her medical journey studying Medical Assisting before earning her Associate of Science in Nursing at Lawrence Memorial and her Bachelor’s degree at Southern New Hampshire University. She specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP, Sculptra, and smooth threads, with a strong focus on enhancing natural beauty through subtle, skillful treatments. Jess has completed advanced aesthetic training and continues her professional development through ongoing education at Refined Medical Aesthetics. She is committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine to deliver safe, effective, and natural-looking results for her clients.

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree from Curry College and a Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University. With over 12 years of experience as an ICU nurse and as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Kelly brings an exceptional clinical background to aesthetic medicine. She specializes in neurotoxins, lasers, PRP treatments, and medical-grade skincare, with a commitment to providing science-backed, natural results through continuous education and training.
