Our process
Melissa is a social media marketing professional with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Media Practices from the University of New Hampshire. At Refined, she manages all social media and marketing initiatives, assists with event planning and offsite promotions, and serves as our spa coordinator. From managing client communications and coordinating appointments to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, Melissa plays a key role in elevating the overall client experience.

Jess grew up in Revere, MA, and began her medical journey studying Medical Assisting before earning her Associate of Science in Nursing at Lawrence Memorial and her Bachelor’s degree at Southern New Hampshire University. She specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP, Sculptra, and smooth threads, with a strong focus on enhancing natural beauty through subtle, skillful treatments. Jess has completed advanced aesthetic training and continues her professional development through ongoing education at Refined Medical Aesthetics. She is committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine to deliver safe, effective, and natural-looking results for her clients.

Dr. Arthur Shektman is a board-certified plastic surgeon with 20+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and his Wellesley cosmetic surgical practice has been recognized for it’s excellence in the field. Dr. Shektman’s expertise and supervision of Refined Medical Aesthetics ensures clients are provided with top quality services with safety as a foremost priority.

Breana earned her nursing degree from Northeastern University and began her career in the Cardiac ICU, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and critical thinking. Since 2019, she has specialized in medical aesthetics as a nurse injector, combining her clinical expertise with a passion for delivering safe, natural-looking results. Breana continues to advance her training to ensure the highest level of care for her patients.
